Our Story:
TPO (The Planning Office Limited – est. 2004) is an emerging design studio with a growing list of impressive clients and partners. Over the last 14 years the practice has evolved and gained dependable experience in the design and delivery of retail, commercial, residential and public space projects. Our portfolio contain strong examples of architectural & interior fit-out design projects for which we have also provided the project management and administration. Based in Oxfordshire with a growing reputation in London and the surrounding counties, we are available for local, nationwide or international projects.

We have experience from our own adventures that, combined with our learnings from the top agencies allows us to deliver the highest quality results.
Your Team:
Founder/Director Ben Connell was trained in 3D design at Berkshire College of Art & Design and has worked in the fields of architecture and interior design for the last 20 years. A natural inquisitor, he loves to challenge conventional practice in order to find the innovative solution in an ever changing construction design industry. We have two senior board level Project Directors who's expertise enables us to guide you with budgets and realistic timescales through to practical completion and handover. Studio support is provided by a team of freelance designers and specialists that form our trusted flexible network of collaborators.
